Arabic Female Senior PR and Communication Manager

A professional, multi-tasker, who works well under pressure and within tight deadlines, while still maintaining a positive attitude. The PR & Communications Executive / Manager will work closely with clients, creative, production, communication, marketing and PR departments.

You are also expected to help develop key marketing and promotional programs, with a clear focus on returns and deliverables while increasing brand equity and awareness.

Roles + Responsibilities

  • Arabic copywriting for various projects
  • Handle all day-to-day activities for clients in various verticals
  • Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel
  • Keep apprised of client’s products/services/marketing developments
  • Gather and assemble background information, research, and analyses as needed for development of creative briefs and new business presentations
  • Respond to client phone calls and be aware of all client activities to provide back-up to account directors
  • Maintain all client information in an organized manner as needed for accurate proofreading and meeting of client standards
  • Coordinate signatures/approvals from clients and make sure all media and projects proceed according to plan and deadlines
  • Act as liaison with other agency departments and vendors
  • Review client billing
  • Help in the strategy, planning, and implementation of marketing programs in line with Agency’s objectives
  • Build brand awareness and maintain brand equity through different tools
  • Manage various clients online, social media tools & presence to maximize outreach and increase base
  • Building media relations

Skills + Experience

  • 5 years experience or more
  • Excellent verbal and written English and/or Arabic communication skills are essential and mandatory, in addition to experience of online marketing and social media.
  • Excellent Arabic copywriting skill is mandatory
  • Strong relationship with the media is preferred
  • Expert in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Understanding of general advertising principles and account service protocol
  • Advertising agency experience managing and executing online/interactive projects and all forms of digital marketing
  • Self-starter, works with limited supervision, troubleshooter, problem-solver
  • Organized and pays attention to every detail
  • Proactive versus reactive thinker
  • Manages multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: AED3,191.00 – AED22,345.00 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
