Customer Service/ Auditor Job

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the delivery instructions are complete
  • Review and audit daily routes to maintain company standards
  • Ensure daily delivery schedules are met, and all required procedures are followed in accurate and timely manner
  • Ensuring that the process and policies are duly followed
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships amongst the team members
  • To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations
  • Create tickets in ticketing system based on audits


  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the courier/ logistic /supply chain industry is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing back office support, audit attendance, audit reports and policing policies
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new programs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Well-Organized individuals with strong communication skills will be given preference.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems as they arise
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Make informed and timely decisions to get things done
  • Ability to work independently with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Team player; willing to take initiative to take on tasks and projects within the team
  • Flexibility with scheduling a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 – Rs35,000.00 per month


  • Customer Service Representative: 3 years (Preferred)
