Customer Service
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Handles and resolves customers’ issues via email and online chatting tools

System Support
- Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
- Responsible for data input (includes but not limited to data entry, mapping, updating, etc.) and ensuring the accuracy and correctness of data encoded on the systems
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving products faults and problems
- Provides quality and accurate system support towards business partners
- Conducts website functionality testing
- Responsible and has the initiative to take part in the department’s growth and development.
- Performs any task assigned by their superior
Customer Support Requirements
- Good command of the English language both oral and written.
- Has interest in sports. Background in Sports betting is preferred.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Willing to learn new knowledge and skills
- Must be independent but a team player at the same time, self-motivated, shows initiative and has a strong sense of ownership/responsibility.
- Supportive of company goals and objectives, deliver departmental/team results and key objectives.
- Should display willingness to learn
- Excellent chatting and typing skills, at least 60wpm with 95% accuracy
- Willing to work in shifting schedule and/or holiday
