Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with all their inquiries via email in professional and timely manner
- Answer questions, process transactions and provide assistance to customers over email
- Have meaningful conversations with customers to understand their needs and offer the right
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while understanding their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Handle customer escalations and de-escalate the situation at first point of contact
- Tracking & tracing packages provide updates to the clients
- Other duties as requested
Requirements:
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience in the courier/ logistic /supply chain industry is an asset
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing customer support with tools such as live chat, SMS and an email ticketing systems using Hubspot or Freshdesk is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Suite
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary: Rs35,000.00 – Rs40,000.00 per month
